By keeping and using a structured career development journal based on solid career-marketing principles, you will experience new insights and growth with yourself and for your career.

The HBCU/MI Project Office (HPO) in conjunction with North Caroline Central University’s (NCCU) Eagle Landing offers you educational and career professional career development and training, including bachelors and masters -- as well as certificates and associates degrees -- in numerous disciplines, all from nationally ranked and accredited Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Institutions (MIs) through distance education at anytime and from anywhere.
