| This web-based course provides training on the ISO 9000:2000 family of standard: ISO 9001 the Quality Management System (QMS) Standard, ISO 9000 the vocabulary standard and ISO 9004 the guideline on how to implement and improve a QMS. The second part of the course provides training on the process approach to auditing using ISO 19011 the guideline for auditing management systems in general and thoroughly covers how to audit to the ISO 9001 quality requirements (Internal audits or supplier audits) using industry case studies and material. Upon successful completion of the course you will be issued an RWTUV approved certificate online. It is self-paced and can be taken from your home or office. | |
